Sharing knowledge during mentoring sessions allows mentors to earn points. The recommended points for a mentor per session are 250, and each mentoring session must have a minimum of two mentors. However, a mentor can decide to lower the points or waive them. Every individual also earns points by sharing knowledge, and these points can be used for mentoring sessions.

When a mentee wants to have a mentoring session, their 500 points will be utilized for the session with at least 2 mentors (points split evenly between the two mentors). The mentor and mentee agree on the number of points required for each meeting.
